I want to express deep gratitude for your effective guide on the technique for removing Scareware. We just got infected, and the symptoms (to include the unwanted graphic websites) were exactly as you described. Following your steps, we've now effectively removed all that malicious stuff.

We need to ensure that we focus on delivering the right messages that will support the business rather than focusing on the technology. I am not saying that we forget or ignore technology but that we need to also focus on the people and processes.
